Quu Auroom

A sauna that reads as architecture.

Quu is the piece to specify when the sauna is meant to anchor a landscape rather than hide in it. Auroom’s most architectural outdoor design, it holds its own beside the buildings it accompanies — a dark, deliberate volume with nothing decorative about it.

The exterior is clad in Auroom’s Ignite finish — thermally modified, brushed and black-painted wood — which gives the structure its monolithic presence. Step inside and the register changes entirely: clean lines, floating benches in thermo-radiata pine, and panoramic glazing that turns the site itself into the interior’s finest surface.

The standard Quu and the Quu Wave, with its sculptural interior, are two starting points — layout, orientation and detailing can be developed to the project’s exact requirements, working directly with Auroom.
